Landlease.com is marketplace that connects landowners with those who need it. Stoller + Company designed developed both a website and mobile app that allows anyone to quickly search a national database, and filter searches for location, industry, and a wide range of other facets. Landlease.com uses Elasticsearch for fast searches, and a shared database that allows a user to search and update member information on both the desktop and mobile app.
From concept to UX design and coding, we built the Landlease.com iOS app to work hand-in-hand with the desktop website. Users can create new accounts, make changes or updates user profiles, and save favorites that will then show up in both the desktop and mobile versions.
Landlease.com desktop was built on the latest technologies, including Angular 3, Boostrap 3, and Elasticsearch – for a fast-loading search experience. A full-featured backend allows for tracking and reporting of new members, listings and information requests. Stoller + Company also manages and supports hosting for the website and databases.
